FLIGHT HOSTESS


Previous Cabin attendant experience is required to be considered for this position. Applications without prior experience are not considered. Rennia Aviation is looking for a friendly and motivated Flight Attendant/Cabin Attendant to be a part of our fun, dedicated, and growing Part 135 charter team. The Cabin Attendant will provide a safe environment along with exceptional service to our elite clientele on both, domestic and international flights. This position must be proactive and resourceful while being able to anticipate and fulfill our client’s requests, expectations, and needs. Ability to work long hours on their feet, be a team player, and be flexible to schedule changes. Essential Duties: Ability to operate all equipment in the cabin of the airplane (entertainment, galley, emergency). Confirm safety equipment is on-board, the ability to use, and assist/direct passengers in case of an emergency. Brief passengers on all features of the aircraft. Conduct preflight procedures and ensure all safety, galley. and cabin equipment is ready for each flight. Make sure the plane is clean, and stocked, and ready for a flight; fulfill all catering and special requests. Provide exceptional customer service for our passengers inflight and enjoy doing so. Ensure all their individual needs are met for each flight (beverage, meal, and special needs). Complete all catering orders. Prepare, create, and shop before flights for passengers’ meals. Have knowledge of safe food handling and storage. Complete all post-flight responsibilities (cleaning, removing perishable items, restocking, etc.). Adhere to the flight procedures, including arriving 1 hour before each flight departure. Report to Pilot in command and or lead flight attendant for any and all details. Be available on call while on the road for a 2-hour call-out or ASAP trip. Have a professional appearance, exemplary organization skills, attention to detail, and flexibility is key. DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS


Director Of Operations (Gainesville, Florida)

Rennia Aviation is seeking a Director of Operations for its rapidly growing Charter Operation. This challenging and rewarding position is responsible for the safety and operational control of all flight operations, including charter and flight management functions. This position develops programs and policies in response to changing regulations, operational authorizations, and company business plans. Our goal is providing a safe and professional operation focused on a superior customer experience.

The DO reports to the General Manager/CEO and is responsible for the oversight and management of the Chief Pilot and the Flight Department. This position requires a high level of expertise in regulatory compliance, personnel management, policies, processes, and standard operating procedures. In conjunction with upper management, the individual will continue development of policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards as well as efficiency of operations.

Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:

  • The director of operations ensures all company flight operations are carried out, in a responsible manner, with the highest regard for safety, compliance, and service standards. Ultimately responsible for operational control, and for carrying out the Company's policies and for compliance with all regulations governing flight and maintenance activities.

  • Reports to the General Manager/CEO.

  • Responsibility for the company General Operations Manual

  • Shares responsibility for Operational Control with the Chief Pilot per Operations Specification A008.

  • Is responsible for the safe operation of all aircraft owned, operated, or managed by the Company.

  • Has overall responsibility for the scheduling and efficient utilization of Company aircraft.

  • Is responsible for proper maintenance of Air Carrier operating records.

  • Establishes and maintains a close working relationship with the FAA Principal Operations Inspector having responsibility for the Company's Air Carrier operations.

  • Acts as Agent for Service.

  • Performs duties as a flight crewmember when properly qualified.

  • Prepares and administers the flight operations budget.

  • Ensures that all flight operations are conducted safely and in compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations, Operations Specifications and Company policies.

  • Prior to a flight being dispatched on a part 135 flight, determines that all regulatory and safety requirements are met.

  • Creates and distributes General Operations Manual revisions.

  • Maintains a liaison with the Chief Pilot and the Director of Maintenance in operational matters.

  • Has final approval on the selection, training, and retention of all flight operations personnel.

  • Oversight of all company training programs, policies and procedures

  • Determines that each crewmember is qualified and eligible to serve as a crewmember in the aircraft and type of operation assigned.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all crewmembers operating under CFR Part 135 are covered by a Federal Aviation Administration approved anti-drug program

  • Designates check airmen.

  • The Director of Flight Operations will implement best practices, efficient systems, and processes, while balancing the business needs and operational requirements.

  • Participate in and promote utilization of the company Safety Management System.

  • Directs execution of operational standards, drives a culture of continuous improvement in operations, leads highest standard of safety, and is a collaborative member of the executive team.

  • The director of operations ensures all company flight operations are carried out, in a responsible manner, with the highest regard for safety, compliance, and service standards.

  • The Director of Flight Operations will implement best practices, efficient systems, and processes, while balancing the business needs and operational requirements.

  • Is responsible for notifying the FAA in case of an Air Carrier accident.

  • Initiates the company's Accident Plan.

  • Works closely with the Director of Maintenance to ensure that aircraft maintenance problems do not unnecessarily disrupt operations.

  • Works with the Director of Maintenance to develop aircraft Minimum Equipment Lists.

  • Is responsible with the Director of Maintenance for preparing and submitting the Mechanical Interruption Summary Report required by 14 CFR 135.417.

  • Communicates with the FAA Flight Standards District Office, National Transportation Safety Board and Transportation Security Administration. Files all required reports and documents.

  • Devises revisions to the manual as needed, submits the proposed revisions to the FSDO, receives confirmation from the FSDO that the revisions are acceptable and then distributes those revisions to all manual holders.

  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to Flight and Duty time limitations of 14 CFR Part 135 and the manual.

  • May delegate the preceding duties and responsibilities as necessary; however, such delegation does not relieve him or her of overall responsibility.

  • 100% in-office position

CHIEF PILOT


Rennia Aviation is seeking a highly experienced full-time Chief Pilot.

The Chief Pilot reports to the CEO and Director of Operations and is responsible for the oversight and management of the Flight Department. This position requires a high level of expertise in regulatory compliance, personnel management, policies, processes, and standard operating procedures. In conjunction with upper management, the individual will continue development of policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards as well as efficiency of operations.

The purpose of the Chief Pilot (CP) position is to ensure that every flight operating under Rennia Aviation Aviation Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate and Part 91 Aircraft Management program is conducted safely, in compliance with all FAA and other government regulations, in conformance with operational specifications.

Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:

The Chief Pilot is a critical leadership role for the Operations Department. The CP will provide day-to-day leadership and motivation for the pilot group to deliver excellent technical and operational performance needed to achieve overall department goals. This includes recruiting, training, career path management, and aircraft operating standards. The CP will support Rennia Aviation in providing exceptional customer service, interest with clients, while utilizing the services offered within the department. Additional responsibilities as follows:

  • In conjunction with the Director of Operations ensures that all activities of the flight department, including flight operations, personnel, and equipment comply with all regulatory standards, company policies, pertinent operating manuals, practices and procedures.

  • Coordinates duties with the Director of Maintenance and Director of Operations, to ensure that all flight operations are compliant with the Federal Aviation Regulations and the General Operations Manual.

  • Participate in employee recruiting, conduct personnel interviews, periodic evaluations, handles employer or employee complaints or suggestion and takes appropriate disciplinary action, in accordance with company policies and in coordination with the Director of Human Resources.

  • Ensures the currency and qualifications of company pilots and provides for coordination and scheduling of any necessary recurrent training and qualification checks.

  • Ensures that all training and checking requirements for flight crew members are completed and documented in accordance with company policies and procedures prior to their assignment to duty.

  • Develops, coordinates, and maintains records on all aspects of flight crew training, both ground and flight, and ensures compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and our company training program.

  • Establishes flight crew schedules and duty hours and audits flight and duty times to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations.

  • Ensures flight crews adhere to the company policies and procedures contained within the General Operations Manual.

  • Make selections and appointments regarding company flight instructors and check airman.

  • Coordinate with all flight instructors and check airman to complete all training and checking needs of the flight department.

  • Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and conducting crewmember standardization and training procedures to ensure safety and proficiency of flight operations.

  • Maintain qualification as pilot in command, and perform flight duties as Captain on qualified aircraft based on scheduling needs and crew capacity.

    • This position will spend the majority of time in-office and will fill in as pilot as needed.

  • Provide ops on call after hours.

  • Liaison with the FAA and other regulatory and non-regulatory agencies or companies on all matters concerning compliance within the flight department.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions regarding necessary changes or improvements in various company manuals and documents such as the General Operations Manual, General Training Manual, and Operations Specifications.

  • Ensure aircraft documents, checklists, publications, and databases are continually up to date.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of collaboration at all levels.

  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional levels.
