* Annual Membership Fee is $8,500.-
* All legs require a 2 hour minimum of block time for light and super-mid jets
* All legs require a 4 hour minimum of block time for heavy jets
* 24 hours notice must be given to guarantee flat rates
* Flat rates include all taxes and fees except international handling and/or special event fees
* Surcharge added for flights with above $5.- fuel cost
* Concierge services such as catering and car transportation costs not included

* Holiday travel dates and special events will be charged a 10% premium (waived after 25th day of travel)
